Beware trying to cancel items from this seller.Jul 01, 2010
By ebooks rule Within 20 minutes of having put in an order for this product, I realized it would not get to me before I left town. There was no "cancel this order button," so I send an email asking to have the order canceled. THE NEXT DAY I get an email saying that it is too late because the order had already been sent. I find it very difficult to believe that they fulfilled the order within 20 minutes and yet it will take 1-2 weeks for delivery. The email also said that to return, I should intercept the package from the mailman and mark "refused." It seems perfectly reasonable except that I WORK and there is no way I can stay home during a 2-week delivery window waiting for a package. This is not the kind of service I expect from Amazon affiliates.
