By Rane Wallin I love this skin and the matching screensaver. It was easy to apply and very high quality. There really were no bubbles under it when I was done. The skin is in several pieces, so it takes a bit of time and patience to apply it. The laser cutouts for the keys and other smaller details don't all pop out right away, so be prepared to pick little vinyl pieces off before you apply it.
It completely covers the Kindle, front and back, and definitely makes it more attractive. I ordered the same design for my Acer Aspire One, and that one is awesome too.
I don't mind that it replaced the native screensavers, I prefer this one and like that it is a completed look.

I am so glad that I purchased this skin, it really is cool. It was incredibly easy to apply. Kindle had been getting slightly banged up, little knicks and scratches here and there, so I wanted something to protect it that wouldn't be bulky or ugly (I never use the book cover anymore). Also, this skin matches my purse, which is too cute! :-) I've had it on there for a couple of months now and there is one place where I didn't get it on perfect, on a corner, and I really thought that that part would begin to come up and curl, but it hasnt' at all. The adhesive on this skin is pretty awesome. It also came with a power charger cover, but I haven't used that one yet. As far as screensavers go, I'm disappointed in the other reviewers' knowledge of their Kindles. You don't lose the original screensavers. I won't go into the detailed instructions here, but go to the Kindle forum and you can find exactly how to add, change, delete screensavers and where to put your originals if you don't want them for the moment. I have not used the screensaver that goes with the skin, so I can't tell you how it works. I like the black & white picture of my kids on my Kindle screensaver. ;-). If you're considering purchasing this product, I say go for it! I got it and I've been very happy with it.

By Jebsmom I LOVE this decal skin! Even after I broke my K1 and got another K1 - I was able to re-use this skin on my new K1. I stuck it onto a glossy finish, and made sure that I kept it in its original shape, and voila - put it on my new K1. Totally changes the look of your K1, and personalizes well. Enjoy!
